ILOILO CITY — The 17th Visayas-Mindanao Debate Championship (VMDC) turned the SM Iloilo Terminal Market into a stage for the region’s sharpest young minds. Vice Mayor Lady Julie Grace “Love-Love” Baronda welcomed participants, underscoring her office’s commitment to youth empowerment and critical discourse.

Secondary schools such as Bacolod City National High School and Miagao National High School also fielded teams.
