TACLOBAN CITY, LEYTE — Telecommunications provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has officially expanded its customer support network in Leyte, opening its first physical business centers in Tacloban City and Ormoc City. Operated in partnership with managed service provider Leytenet (Powered by Converge), the new service hubs aim to deliver accessible, high-speed fiber internet solutions and localized customer assistance across the province.
Enhancing Customer Support and Service Accessibility
Located in Barangay 15, Tacloban City, and Barangay Cogon Combado, Ormoc City, the newly inaugurated facilities provide a wide range of walk-in services for local subscribers. Customers can now visit the centers for:

Technical support, repair requests, and service troubleshooting

Opening ceremonies were attended by Converge and Leytenet leadership alongside local government officials, including Tacloban City Vice Mayor Raymund Vincent Romualdez and Ormoc City Councilor Krizea Cassandra A. Mercadal. Converge SVP John Paul Aguilar noted that the expansion addresses rising demand for reliable connectivity in emerging provincial markets, while SVP Bryan King Kay emphasized that the hubs represent a strategic, long-term investment in digital inclusion for Eastern Visayas.
