Industry Leaders Gather at a First-Class Venue
The awards ceremony was held at the Solaire Resort North, Quezon City's first and only five-star integrated luxury resort. The glamorous evening event featured a formal dress code and gathered the WeeComm leadership, long-standing partners, and top-performing brokers from across the country. Present were WeeComm founder Cesar Wee, his son Carson Choa, and other key family members including Carlo Choa, Carter Choa, and Carvin Choa. Special music was provided by the renowned Filipino rock band The Itchyworms, along with a performance by actress and singer Roselle Paras-Machate.
A Partnership Built on Excellence
At the center of the celebration was the strong and enduring partnership between WeeComm and the Filipinohomes network. The latter was represented at the event by its CEO, Anthony Leuterio, a 2024 International Realtor of the Year, and his daughter, May Antonette Leuterio, the Managing Director of Rent.ph. Their presence highlighted the deep, on-going collaboration between the developer and the country's largest real estate network, which has been instrumental in marketing WeeComm's projects nationwide.
WeeComm has been a leading force in Philippine real estate since its founding in 2008. It has built a reputation for unique developments, often entering joint ventures with landowners—a rare model in the industry. The developer has reaped numerous accolades to date, including nine major wins at the Philippines Property Awards 2020, where it bagged the coveted Best Breakthrough Developer title. Over the past year, WeeComm has continued its rapid expansion, moving into key markets like Cagayan De Oro and Bacolod.
For Leuterio Realty and Brokerage, a licensed brokerage operating since 2008, the event was a moment to solidify its role as a key partner in that expansion. The awards night also served as an informal kickoff for plans to strengthen joint marketing and sales strategies for the developer's "Beyond Ordinary" projects in the coming year.
An Evening to Celebrate a Shared Future
The 6th National WeeComm Awards was a celebration of professional excellence and partnership over the past year and a look ahead to future growth. As the industry moves through a strong 2026, the collaboration between WeeComm and Filipinohomes is designed to meet the rising demand for quality homes in key provincial markets.
As the event continues through the evening, attendees are expected to celebrate and outline major project launches for the rest of the year. With industry leaders, top-performing partners, and a festive atmosphere, the evening served to reinforce the commitment of both organizations to elevating Filipino homeownership.
