NEW ORLEANS, USA — A significant milestone for the Philippine real estate industry took place today at the 2026 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) NXT Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana, as the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders' Associations, Inc. (CREBA) formally renewed its exclusive partnership with the U.S.-based National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
The renewal agreement was signed by Kevin Brown, 2026 President of the National Association of REALTORS®, reaffirming CREBA's position as NAR's exclusive bilateral partner and cooperating association in the Philippines.
Under this renewed partnership, CREBA remains the sole organization entrusted with administering NAR programs and overseeing the use of the REALTOR® trademark and brand in the Philippines.
This partnership provides Filipino licensed real estate professionals with opportunities to become International REALTOR® Members (IRMs), gaining access to international professional networks, global real estate resources, international networking events, and specialized education programs such as the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation.
More importantly, the renewed agreement strengthens the shared commitment of both organizations to promote ethical real estate practices, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, and protect private property rights.
The partnership represents more than an institutional agreement. It is a bridge connecting Filipino real estate professionals to the global property industry, opening doors for international collaboration, professional development, and business opportunities.
As the Philippine real estate industry continues to grow and evolve, this renewed alliance reinforces the importance of global standards and international cooperation in shaping the next generation of Filipino real estate leaders.
A stronger partnership. A global network. A brighter future for Philippine real estate.
