BACOOR, CAVITE - is currently hosting the Inaugural Bacoor Open Dancesport Competition at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium in Molino, showcasing incredible talent across Latin American and Modern Standard disciplines. The event brings together dancers from across the region, filling the venue with energy, rhythm, and competitive spirit.

A Weekend of Rhythm and Elegance

Bacoor is alive with the energy of competitive dancesport as the city hosts its first-ever Bacoor Open Dancesport Competition at the S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium. The event highlights the region's growing passion for ballroom dance, featuring performances in two main categories. The energetic Latin American discipline includes dances like Cha-cha, Samba, Rumba, and Jive, while the elegant Modern Standard discipline showcases the Waltz, Tango, and Quickstep.

This competition follows the city's strong tradition of supporting the performing arts. More Than Just a Dance Event

Bacoor's S.T.R.I.K.E. Gymnasium is more than just a sports venue—it is a community hub where residents come together for meaningful events. The gymnasium is located within the Bacoor Government Center along Molino Boulevard, making it accessible for participants and spectators alike. Aside from hosting this inaugural dancesport competition, the venue has also been the site of programs like the "Bente Pesos na Bigas" rice initiative and the signing of scholarship agreements with the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA. This event promises to be a highlight of Bacoor's cultural calendar, celebrating the artistry, discipline, and passion of the city's dance community.
