A Major Infrastructure Upgrade for 10 Barangays

The project addresses critical infrastructure needs in the rapidly growing city.

The official launching ceremony took place at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall inside the Socio-Economic Building, where stakeholders gathered for the main inauguration program. Hiraya Water Branch Manager Cristian Encamina led the technical briefing, outlining the physical updates scheduled for the city's water network.

Leadership Support and Local Government Commitment

Artiaga, DWD General Manager; Acting Mayor Third Barzaga; and Mr. Jose Santamarina, President of Hiraya Water Corporation. Acting Vice Mayor Rudy Lara and members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod also attended to express local government support. As documented by the Dasmariñas City Public Information Office, the program highlighted the collaborative effort between the city government, the water district, and the private sector to deliver improved water services to residents.

The project reflects the city's commitment to upgrading its public utility infrastructure to meet the needs of its growing population. With ongoing infrastructure improvements across Cavite, including the development of integrated townships and economic zones, investments in water supply and distribution are essential for sustaining the province's growth and ensuring that residents have access to reliable and safe water.
