Tryout Categories and Qualification Requirements
Dasmariñas City's tryouts were structured to fill two distinct competitive divisions. The Maharlika Pilipinas Volleyball Association (MPVA) 2026 division was open exclusively to male players aged 18 years old and above, serving as a talent search for the city's representative team in the upcoming men's national league. The Cavite Inter-Town Volleyball 2026 division was open to both male and female players aged 15 to 30 years old, with the goal of selecting elite homegrown athletes for both men's and women's local divisions. Every applicant was required to be a bonafide resident of Dasmariñas City, ensuring that the teams would represent the city's homegrown talent.
Organizers and Ongoing Support for Local Sports

The city's focus on sports development, including these tryouts, aligns with broader efforts to keep youth engaged and active in their communities.
