The university recently swept the SLCUAA games, capturing championship titles in Women's Beach Volleyball, Men's Beach Volleyball, and Women's 3x3 Basketball . The Women's Beach Volleyball trio of Ivy Ascaño, Francis Sean Lyonna Quintana, and Joe Angeline Serrato dominated the DLSMHSI Sentinels 21-10 in the final, while the Men's squad edged out DLSU-Laguna in a thrilling 22-20 championship match.
The Lady Patriots' 3x3 Basketball team also delivered a commanding performance, defeating De La Salle-Lipa 18-11 in the final to secure another championship victory . This athletic prowess is matched by cultural achievements, with the DLSU-D Chorale taking top honors at the PRISAA Cavite Cultural Competitions. Jannelle Pagkaliwangan was hailed Vocal Solo Champion, while Jonas Maigue and Divine Camposano secured the Vocal Duet title.

Singson secured the Silver Medal in the PRISAA Brain Master Senior Division Academic Competition at the National PRISAA Games 2026 in Negros Occidental . Competing against the sharpest student-athletes from across 17 regions, Singson demonstrated elite critical thinking and intellectual endurance .
The vocal duo of Maigue and Camposano continued their winning streak by earning 1st Runner-Up honors in the PRISAA Vocal Duet National Finals, representing Region IV-A against 17 finalists from across the country .
