ILOILO — Around 3,000 public school principals, administrators, and education officials from across Western Visayas are set to converge at the Iloilo Convention Center from August 18 to 20, 2026. The Regional Assembly of Education Leaders (RAEL) promises to be the largest gathering of its kind in the region.
