PHILIPPINES — The 2nd National Housing Expo 2026 opens on October 19-20 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, bringing together over 60 developers offering thousands of housing options under one roof. The event supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s push for affordable, quality homes for every Filipino family.
A One-Stop Housing Marketplace
The expo gathers the country's largest and most trusted developers in Halls 2-4 of the Ground Floor at the MOA Complex. Featured developers include Amaia Land Corp., Avida Land Corp., Filinvest Land, Inc., Megawide Construction Corporation, Robinsons Land Corporation, and SM Development Corporation.
Beyond these anchor brands, a diverse roster of participating developers spans the archipelago. These include 8990 Housing Development Corporation, Borland Development Corporation, Bria Homes, Cebu Landmasters, Damosa Land, Phirst Park Homes, Pueblo De Oro, Rockwell Land, and Wee Community Developers, among many others.
Subsidized Loans Make Homeownership Attainable
A key highlight of the expo is the Pag-IBIG Housing Loan program, which offers rates as low as 3 percent per annum for qualified borrowers under socialized housing. Promotional rates of 4.5 percent per annum are available for properties priced above ₱1.8 million up to ₱4.9 million, while 5.75 percent per annum applies to properties above ₱4.9 million up to ₱10 million.
The increased loanable amount of up to ₱10 million expands options for families seeking homes that match their needs, lifestyle, and budget. This policy change is expected to stimulate demand across various market segments, from economic housing to mid-range and premium developments.
Exclusive Deals and On-Site Assistance
Visitors can take advantage of special Expo prices, exclusive buyer incentives, and promotional offers from participating developers. Lingkod Pag-IBIG personnel will be present to provide on-site Housing Loan assistance and guide applicants through the initial steps of the loan process.
The expo is organized by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) in partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF), National Housing Authority (NHA), National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC), Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC), Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), and other housing sector partners.
Open to the Public with Free Admission
The event is open to the public with free entrance. Interested attendees are encouraged to register in advance through the official Pag-IBIG website at https://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/buildhomesbuildhappiness.html. The expo provides a convenient opportunity for families to explore housing options, compare financing packages, and take the first step toward owning a home.
This National Shelter Month initiative reflects the government's commitment to making the dream of a house and lot or condominium unit accessible to more Filipinos. By bringing developers, financing agencies, and buyers together in one venue, the expo streamlines the home-buying journey and fosters informed decision-making.
