
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The city’s real estate boom shows no signs of slowing, as Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) reports overwhelming demand for One Manresa Place, its flagship residential condominium rising within the 14.6-hectare Manresa Town in Cagayan de Oro. The project has become a standout performer in CLI’s portfolio, prompting the developer to allocate a hefty ₱12 billion to ₱14 billion capital expenditure for 2026.
A Record-Breaking Launch
One Manresa Place achieved nearly 90% sold-out status shortly after its launch—a testament to the strong purchasing power of Kagay-anons and investors in Northern Mindanao. The project generated an astounding ₱4 billion in sales in just two days and surpassed ₱5 billion in total sales within two weeks, moving 823 units.
The three-tower complex, scheduled for completion by 2030, offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units designed for modern urban living. Studio units start at ₱4.6 million. Its strategic location beside Xavier University’s future Masterson Campus makes it especially attractive to students, young professionals, and families seeking a vibrant university township lifestyle.

CLI Chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III noted that the company’s strong 2025 performance—₱18.5 billion in revenues and ₱4.03 billion net income—was driven largely by projects in Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and other VisMin cities. “One Manresa Place’s success reaffirms Cagayan de Oro’s emergence as a premier real estate destination,” he said.
With the ₱12-14 billion capex for 2026, CLI plans to accelerate construction of One Manresa Place and explore additional opportunities in the city. For now, all eyes remain on CDO’s newest residential landmark.
