Health services drew the largest number of visitors after financial aid. A key initiative housed under Atipan is the Haplos program, which provides up to fifty thousand pesos per beneficiary for hospital bills, medicines, and diagnostics. It has partnered with ten public and private hospitals across the city. Patients can walk in, receive a guarantee letter, and proceed directly to treatment without delay.

Beyond healthcare, the center addresses the full spectrum of human vulnerability. Families who lost a loved one received free caskets, cemetery vaults, flowers, and rice for wakes.
