How to Register for the YAKAP Program

Alternatively, you can register online through the PhilHealth Membership Portal or visit the nearest PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) for walk-in enrollment.

Once registered, you can visit your YAKAP Clinic for a check-up with a primary care physician. The program covers free consultations with zero co-payment. Your doctor can also provide referrals for free routine laboratory tests or outpatient cancer screenings if medically needed, and issue official prescriptions for your required medications.
The program offers up to PHP20,000 per year coverage for maintenance and essential drugs, covering 21 medicines at YAKAP clinics and 54 medicines at accredited GAMOT pharmacies. Beneficiaries also receive 13 free laboratory tests, including complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, fasting blood sugar (FBS), total cholesterol, and creatinine. Additionally, six free cancer screening tests are available: Breast Ultrasound, Mammogram, Low-Dose Chest CT Scan, Colonoscopy, Alpha-Fetoprotein, and Liver Ultrasound.
