Bautista of Barangay Rizal, who placed in the Top 5 of the July 2026 Landscape Architects Computer-Based Licensure Examination, and Juan Carlos D. Maglipon of Barangay Central Signal, who ranked in the Top 8 of the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination.
