BUTUAN CITY — Butuan City's tourism industry continues to grow with the official registration of three new Tourism-Related Enterprises (TREs) by the City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department (CTCAD). NEA Lodge & Canteen, Hotel Oazis, and Chikara Dotties Place have each received Certificates of Registration, marking their recognition as establishments committed to delivering quality accommodation and hospitality services. The addition of these businesses strengthens the city's growing hospitality sector while giving visitors more options for safe, comfortable, and reliable places to stay.
Three New Names Join Butuan's Tourism Sector
Among the newly registered establishments is NEA Lodge & Canteen, situated at Purok 1 NIA Road in Bancasi, Butuan City. It is classified under the Mabuhay Accommodation category. Meanwhile, Hotel Oazis and Chikara Dotties Place, both located along J.C. Aquino Avenue in Barangay Bayanihan, have been registered under the Hotel category. Their inclusion in the city's roster of registered TREs adds to Butuan's growing tourism community and supports its efforts to accommodate both leisure and business travelers. Registration also helps ensure that tourism-related establishments comply with local standards for safety and quality, contributing to a more dependable experience for visitors.
CTCAD Encourages More Businesses to Register
CTCAD continues to encourage owners of tourism-related establishments to register their businesses and become part of Butuan's expanding tourism industry. By increasing the number of registered TREs, the city hopes to broaden its range of accommodation choices while creating opportunities for local economic growth. The initiative also supports Butuan's goal of becoming a leading destination in the Caraga region, where visitors can experience its cultural and historical attractions while enjoying dependable hospitality services.
