The DOH-JBL Children's Medical Center Clark is a state-of-the-art facility opening in August 2026 in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. It will provide free, high-quality, specialized pediatric services to children and families across North and Central Luzon, including the Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and Metro Manila.
A Collaborative Effort to Address Pediatric Healthcare Needs
The facility is the result of significant contributions from key partners. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) contributed PHP 360 million to the project, while the Bloomberry Cultural Foundation Inc. provided PHP 1 billion in seed funding for construction and an additional PHP 5 million for a backup generator set. Together, these contributions total PHP 1.365 billion, making this one of the most significant investments in pediatric healthcare infrastructure in the region.
Specialized Services and Advanced Medical Technology
The center is designed to provide comprehensive, high-quality medical care tailored specifically for children and adolescents. Targeted services include Pediatric Cardiology for heart conditions, Pediatric Gastroenterology for digestive health, and Pediatric Oncology for cancer treatments. Intensive care will be available through a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for newborns and a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for older children. An integrated operating room will support advanced surgical procedures.
To ensure accurate and timely diagnoses, the center will be equipped with advanced medical technology, including an AI-Enabled X-ray System, a 128-Slice CT Scanner, and Fully Automated Lab Systems for rapid testing results. The facility will also feature specialized urgent care suites tailored specifically for infants, children, and teens.

The Children's Medical Center Clark is strategically located in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, making it highly accessible to families from across the region. This significantly reduces the need for families to travel to Metro Manila for specialized pediatric care. Governor Dennis "Delta" Pineda expressed gratitude for the project, emphasizing that it will provide much-needed medical attention and relief to Kapampangan families. He highlighted the importance of the center's strategic location for the 13,000 children in Central Luzon who could be served, as well as its potential to alleviate the burden on parents whose children require specialized medical care.
