Since 1995

Merzci began in 1995 as a small Bacolod City bakery run by CM & Sons Food Products, supplying bread to a single store at the Libertad Market. It grew into a chain of bakeshops and fast-food outlets and, from 2005, pasalubong centers in Singcang, Mandalagan, the Bacolod-Silay Airport and BREDCO, selling piaya, barquillos and other Negrense treats.
