Pepper Lunch - Estancia

Since 1994
Estancia Mall, Capitol Commons, Pasig City
Pepper Lunch was created in Japan in 1994 by chef Kunio Ichinose as a 'fast-steak' concept: raw beef, rice, and butter served on a 260-degree iron plate so diners sizzle their own meal at the table. The Philippine franchise opened its first store at Rockwell's Power Plant Mall on May 16, 2008 and popularized the Beef Pepper Rice across Metro Manila's malls, alongside its quick-service Pepper Lunch Express format.
