CEBU CITY — Filipinohomes hosted an exclusive Meet and Greet for over 100 new agents with Chairman and CEO Anthony "Boss Tonton" Leuterio on October 1, 2026, at Citadines Hotel Baseline in Cebu City. The event reinforced the network's people-first culture, offering mentorship and recognition to agents who joined from January to September 30, 2026.

A Rare Face-to-Face with the Leader

The gathering was held at 1:00 PM on the 10th floor of Citadines Hotel Baseline. It was designed specifically for agents who joined the network between January and September 2026, giving them a rare opportunity to engage directly with the visionary behind the country's largest real estate network.

Leuterio, a 2024 International Realtor of the Year awardee and the first e-PRO certified broker in the Philippines, shared insights drawn from decades of experience. He offered practical advice on building sustainable careers, drawing from his own journey in the industry. His words resonated with agents navigating the challenging early months of their profession.

For agents who have spent their first months in a competitive landscape, the event was more than a social call. It served as a strategic checkpoint that reinforced the network's commitment to mentorship and professional growth. New agents gained direct access to the CEO's perspective, a valuable resource during the formative stages of their careers.

Building on a Banner Year

The October 1 event came on the heels of significant achievements for the network. In August, Filipinohomes was named Top 1 Realty Company at the Pueblo de Oro Mid-Year Awards 2026 in Cagayan de Oro. Leuterio Realty and Brokerage also received the Top 1 Broker award for the first quarter of 2026.

The network opened its 145th franchise office in General Santos City, marking another milestone in its Mindanao expansion. A 146th office followed in Tanjay City under Broker Boss Jaime Sienes and Sylvia Sienes. These accomplishments reflect the strength of Filipinohomes' recruitment and training systems.

A Venue Steeped in History

The Meet and Greet was held at Citadines Hotel Baseline, the same venue as the Cebu Midyear Awarding in July, where over 100 exemplary agents were honored. The modern aparthotel along Juana Osmeña Street offered a central, accessible location for professionals from across Metro Cebu. It provided a fitting backdrop for celebrating fresh talent.

Recent Momentum Across the Network

The October 1 gathering followed a busy September for Filipinohomes. On September 28, the network held a New Agents Orientation and a Rent Managers Pinning Ceremony at its Tagbilaran office in Bohol. On September 26, Team Tycoons held a New Agents Orientation in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, while the Starlight Team gathered in Dumaguete for a strategic meeting.

On September 24, the network conducted Meta Ads Training sessions at its Iloilo office, with the afternoon batch themed "Stop Targeting, Start Creating." A CRM Training for secretaries also took place via Zoom. Team Leaders and Secretaries met at the Cebu main office to align preparations for the National Real Estate Convention.

Earlier in September, on September 15, a webinar on "How to Onboard New Agents" drew nearly 200 participants, with Leuterio leading the session alongside Unit Managers Mary Antonette Lasala and Quennie Grace Wagas. On September 17, Leuterio conducted a site visit at WeeComm's Kalea Estates in Bacolod and held a breakfast meeting with the Elite Circle Bacolod.

Looking Ahead to NatCon 2026

As Filipinohomes pushes toward its goal of 150 branches nationwide, the Meet and Greet served as both a celebration of fresh talent and a launchpad for the network's biggest annual gathering. The National Real Estate Convention 2026 is scheduled for October 18-19 at Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark in Mactan, Cebu.

For the new agents who filled the function room, the afternoon offered more than a photo opportunity. It was a chance to align with the network's vision and learn from a leader who has walked the path they are now treading. As Filipinohomes continues its rapid expansion, events like this ensure its newest agents feel welcomed, guided, and equipped.
