TACLOBAN CITY, PHILIPPINES — A total of 56 hospitality and transportation frontliners completed the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training, equipping key service personnel across Leyte with enhanced skills in guest relations, empathetic service, and effective customer recovery strategies.

Multi-Sectoral Training and Service Standards

The intensive training workshop gathered customer-facing staff from leading accommodation, wellness, and transport providers across the region:

  • Participating Establishments: Frontline representatives from Hotel Rodolfo, Aviore Hotel, Skin 911, and Duptours joined the joint capacity-building program.

  • Curriculum Focus: Facilitated by certified FBSE Trainer Ms. Emily Jill T. Nival, the seminar emphasized core principles of genuine Filipino hospitality, professional conduct, and active service recovery.
