The opening ceremony on September 26 will highlight a special musical performance featuring renowned New Zealand singer-songwriter Bic Runga alongside the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra. Also taking part in the program is Ngā Hau E Whā, a Māori performing arts group based in Tokyo, which will present New Zealand's indigenous Māori culture through live performances.
