Capitol Employees Step Into the Spotlight
BOHOL - The Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh) brought music, impersonations, and lively performances to the Capitol Lobby through the first season of “Your Face Sounds Familiar” on September 10, 2026. Seven employee clusters presented their interpretations of well-known singers and performers as part of the province’s celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA). Representing Governor Aris Aumentado, PPDO Head Atty. John Titus Vistal said the activity provided employees with an opportunity to enjoy performances, express their creativity, and strengthen camaraderie while encouraging everyone to participate with sportsmanship.
Employees Compete Through Creativity and Performance
The performances were evaluated by judges April Jay Banquil, Justine Milay, and Charlow Arbasto, who assessed the participating employees as they took on different musical personas. The Economic Cluster, represented by Anamarie Cabayag, earned third place with 72.66 percent, while Samantha Nicole Garsuta of the Health Cluster secured second place with 78.33 percent. John Kerk Orosco of the Development Administration Cluster emerged as the season’s champion with 80.66 percent, earning the highest score among the participating performers. PHRMDO Human Resource Development Section Head Lloyd Peter Estomata also congratulated the organizers and expressed appreciation to the judges for helping make the activity successful.
Building Camaraderie Through Workplace Activities
Beyond the competition, the activity provided PGBh employees with a chance to connect with colleagues outside their usual workplace responsibilities. Events that encourage creativity, participation, and friendly competition can help strengthen relationships among employees while contributing to a more positive workplace environment. Anchored on the Capitol’s Strategic Governance Roadmap, the activity supports the province’s efforts to build a capable, motivated, and service-oriented workforce.
