MAKATI CITY — Hard Rock Cafe Makati is putting the spotlight on local music talent with the launch of Universiteen 2.0, a live music event happening on May 21 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will feature seven rising bands along with special OPM guests, transforming the iconic Glorietta 3 venue into a space where young artists can perform, connect with audiences, and showcase their passion for music. As part of Hard Rock Cafe Makati’s growing Support Local campaign, the event reflects the brand’s commitment to supporting Filipino musicians and creatives by giving them a platform to shine.
Nine Performers Set to Rock the Stage
Performing at the event are Waki & The Winstons, The Sonnets, 25 Abbey, Next One, Hey June, Better Days, and Gracenote. Joining them are well-known OPM acts Kenaniah and Imago, completing a lineup of nine performers for the afternoon showcase. It is more than just a live performance; Universiteen 2.0 is designed to give emerging artists real exposure and a chance to build stronger connections with music fans.

Alongside the performances, Hard Rock Cafe Makati is also introducing its Everyday Cravings promo, available daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Guests can enjoy one appetizer, one entree, and one drink starting at 395 pesos. A Celebration of Music and Creative Expression
