PH1 World Developers has reached the structural topping-off of One Lancaster Park Tower 2 in Imus, Cavite, marking the second tower completion in less than three months and reinforcing the province's growing reputation as a premier residential destination.
A Milestone That Reflects Cavite's Rising Appeal
PH1 World Developers, the property arm of Megawide Construction Corp., achieved the structural topping-off of One Lancaster Park Tower 2 on May 21, 2026 . This achievement came less than three months after Tower 1 reached its structural completion on February 26, 2026, demonstrating the project's steady construction momentum . The residential development, located along Advincula Avenue in Imus, is planned to comprise 15 towers, with two now structurally complete.
The eight-story Towers 1 and 2 each feature approximately 24 to 25 residential units per floor, all with balconies . The project is part of the larger Lancaster New City township developed by Property Company of Friends (Pro-Friends), with PH1 World Developers and Pro-Friends forming a joint venture through Famtech Properties Inc. . One Lancaster Park is the first vertical development within this sprawling community.
World-Class Amenities and Strong Market Demand
The condominium community offers an impressive array of amenities designed for modern family living. Residents will enjoy a clubhouse, swimming pools, recreational areas, elevated walkways, a gym, basketball courts, pocket gardens, a children's park, and open community spaces . The development spans 10 hectares and embraces a "Metro Nature" concept that combines urban convenience with green, open spaces.
Market response has been exceptionally strong, reflecting the growing demand for quality housing in Cavite. The first two towers recorded 96 percent and 60 percent take-up rates, respectively, while Tower 3, featuring the company's proprietary add-loft technology, achieved 30 percent sales just one month after its launch in January 2025 . PH1 World Developers reported gross sales of P1.53 billion in the first quarter of 2026, up from P777 million in the same period last year . The company aims to complete Towers 1 and 2 in the first half of 2026.
