PHILIPPINES — Rockwell Land Corporation has officially joined the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program, becoming the sixth top developer to partner with the government's flagship housing initiative. The memorandum of understanding was signed on October 13, 2026, at the Rockwell Leisure Club.
A Landmark Partnership for Filipino Homebuyers
Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling witnessed the signing between Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta and Rockwell Land Chairman Nestor Padilla. The partnership combines Rockwell's three decades of experience in developing premium residences with Pag-IBIG Fund's affordable and flexible home loans.
Under the agreement, Rockwell will identify participating projects and available units, including ready-for-occupancy properties. Qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members will enjoy preferential pricing and other incentives. Pag-IBIG Fund will provide housing financing, loan counseling, and assistance to help members make informed homeownership decisions.
Expanding Access to Affordable and Premium Housing
The partnership initially covers Rockwell's Stonewell Acacia Homes and Stonewell Mahogany Homes in Batangas, both accredited by Pag-IBIG Fund. Additional affordable and upscale developments are undergoing or being lined up for accreditation. Qualified members can enjoy a subsidized 3 percent interest rate under Expanded 4PH, promotional rates of 4.5 percent and 5.75 percent, and housing loans of up to ₱10 million.
This collaboration opens doors for working and middle-class Filipinos to access Rockwell-quality homes that were previously beyond their reach. The open market segment specifically caters to those who aspire to own premium residences while benefiting from government-backed financing options.
Part of National Shelter Month Celebrations
The event forms part of the National Shelter Month 2026 celebration, during which DHSUD strengthened its commitment to provide quality and affordable homes to Filipino families. Rockwell joins Ayala Land's Amaia and Avida, SM Development Corporation, Filinvest Land Inc., and Robinsons Land Corporation as partners in the flagship program.
Also present at the signing were Senior Undersecretary Eduardo Robles Jr., Undersecretary Roman Nicholo Molina, Pag-IBIG Fund Deputy CEO Alexander Hilario Aguilar, and other officials. Their attendance underscores the whole-of-government approach to addressing the housing backlog.
National Housing Expo Showcases Thousands of Options
Rockwell will join more than 80 participating developer partners at the 2nd National Housing Expo on October 19 and 20 at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City. Prospective homebuyers can explore thousands of housing options, discover special offers, and receive on-site Pag-IBIG Housing Loan assistance. Admission is free.
The expo provides a convenient venue for families to compare properties, ask questions, and begin their homeownership journey. With more developers joining the program, the government expects to accelerate housing delivery and reach more Filipino families across the country.
