MAKATI CITY — PNB Holdings Corporation has entered into a new five-year lease agreement with Giftaway, Inc., allowing the technology company to continue operating its headquarters at PNB Makati Center along Ayala Avenue. Giftaway, a Philippine-based provider of digital rewards, incentives, and eGift solutions, has maintained its presence in the building since 2018. The lease renewal was marked by a ceremonial signing attended by PHC Chief Financial Officer Ponciano S. Carreon Jr., PHC President Karlu T. Say, Giftaway Chief Executive Officer Alvin Edward C. Tan, and Head of Operations George Adrian M. Santos. The agreement secures a long-term corporate tenant for one of PNB Holdings' key income-generating properties.

The Property Behind the Numbers

PNB Makati Center represents more than a prominent business address, serving as a substantial source of revenue for its owner. The property generated 26 percent of PNB Holdings' total revenues during the first half of 2026, contributing to a 26 percent increase in consolidated revenues to PHP634.3 million and an 85.3 percent growth in net income to PHP209.9 million. Located on a 5,000-square-meter site along Ayala Avenue, the building is part of a property portfolio that also includes the PNB Financial Center in Pasay City and an 8,000-square-meter property along the Buendia and Paseo de Roxas corridor in Makati. Collectively, these properties underscore the company's focus on prime commercial real estate in some of Metro Manila's most established business districts.

Why This Lease Matters Beyond the Signature

The lease renewal takes on added significance as PNB Holdings moves forward as a publicly listed company. In late September 2026, the company made its debut on the Philippine Stock Exchange through a listing by way of introduction under the ticker symbol LTL, a structure that provides liquidity for existing shareholders without raising new capital. For a newly listed real estate company, dependable lease revenues from established corporate tenants can provide an indication of income stability to the market. Giftaway's decision to remain at PNB Makati Center also reflects the property's continued appeal to technology and service-oriented companies looking for a central Makati location with convenient access to transportation, dining establishments, and a deep pool of talent.
