MAKATI CITY — The Antonio’s Group has expanded into Makati with Sebastian’s at Rockwell, its first full-service restaurant in the city, designed for everyday dining from breakfast through dinner. Located across the main entrance of Power Plant Mall at Unit 101, Ground Floor of Edades Towers and Garden Villas in Rockwell Center, the restaurant combines the group’s refined culinary style with a more relaxed setting. Sebastian’s fills the space between the fine-dining experience of Antonio’s and the casual appeal of Breakfast at Antonio’s, offering diners a polished setting without making a special occasion necessary.
A New Chapter for the Antonio’s Family
The restaurant takes its name from Sebastian “Basti” Escalante, Business Development Director of Antonio’s Group and son of founder Tony Boy Escalante. Its opening comes as the family business moves into a new phase of leadership, with Basti taking a role in expanding the group’s presence in Metro Manila. According to Basti, the name naturally fits within the family’s growing restaurant portfolio, following Antonio’s, which honors his father, and Pedro the Grocer, named after his brother. Naming the Rockwell restaurant Sebastian’s also represents the family’s continuing succession and the next generation’s role in developing the brand.
One Menu, Different Parts of the Day
Executive Chef AC Agra heads the kitchen, overseeing a menu that changes with the rhythm of the day. Breakfast service from 7 AM to 12 noon features familiar favorites from Breakfast at Antonio’s before the restaurant transitions into a traditional bistro-style menu for lunch and dinner. The selection includes escargot, French oysters, pastas, salads, and dry-aged steaks, alongside Antonio’s signatures such as Steak Tartare. Among the dishes, Chef Agra identifies the Steak Frites as a fitting representation of Sebastian’s, casual enough for regular dining while retaining an elegant touch. The menu is designed to accommodate different occasions, whether diners want to share a steak over dinner, enjoy pasta on their own, or grab breakfast before starting the day.

Sebastian’s Rockwell carries a polished interior softened by warm lighting, allowing the space to shift naturally from morning meals to evening dining.
