The Pampanga Provincial Hospital - Clark received a PHP 6-million ultrasound machine with 2D echo from the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) on August 5, 2026. The turnover ceremony was led by BCDA President and CEO Joshua Bingcang, Governor Lilia "Nanay" Pineda, Vice Governor Dennis "Delta" Pineda, Clark Development Corporation Operations Administrator Ma. Zoraida Camello, and hospital doctors. The machine will significantly reduce wait times for ultrasound procedures, allowing more patients to receive timely diagnoses. It will enhance the hospital's ability to perform detailed examinations of the thyroid, liver, spleen, gallbladder, kidneys, prostate, and uterus. This directly supports the province's goal of making high-quality healthcare more accessible to Kapampangans.

The Pampanga Provincial Hospital - Clark, which is the first government hospital in the Clark Freeport Zone, is a Level II facility with a 143-bed capacity, providing accessible diagnostic and preventive healthcare services to local residents and zone employees. The hospital also operates under a zero-balance billing policy for qualified patients, ensuring that even the most vulnerable families can access essential medical care without financial burden.
