BUTUAN CITY — The City Government of Butuan has officially commenced the rehabilitation of the Polysports Complex Oval Track with a groundbreaking and time capsule laying ceremony, following the receipt of the necessary clearance from the Commission on Audit. The long-awaited project addresses the deteriorating condition of the oval track, which had become dangerous for practice and exercise.
