The award formed part of a record-setting evening for Cebu Landmasters, which claimed its second Best Developer title since 2019. The Visayas-based developer took home nine awards across multiple categories, including Best Housing Developer, Best Developer for Visayas, and Best Developer for Mindanao for the sixth consecutive year.

The hotel lobby features a jeepney-inspired structure created by renowned Cebuano artist Vito Selma. Rooms showcase works from local photographers, while a custom mascot pays homage to the city's musical roots. This deliberate localization of an international brand creates a unique guest experience that resonates with both travelers and residents.

The property offers five room categories ranging from 30 to 60 square meters, including Superior, Deluxe, Family, Junior Suites, and Executive Suites. Each room blends contemporary design with practical features such as high-speed connectivity and streaming-enabled smart televisions.
