The City College of Angeles (CCA) and the Dominican College of Tarlac, Inc. (DCT) held a benchmarking visit focused on institutional best practices and collaborative growth in higher education . The exchange, which centered on research governance, quality assurance, and strategic planning, highlights the spirit of continuous improvement shared by these two Central Luzon institutions.

The benchmarking visit centered on three key areas of higher education management: Research Governance—managing institutional studies, ethics reviews, and research productivity; Quality Assurance—enhancing accreditation preparedness and institutional monitoring systems; and Strategic Planning—evaluating organizational development and capability-building programs . The DCT delegation was led by Dr. Esmhel B. Briones (Head, Research and Planning Office), Allan Moises P. Lomibao, LPT (Head, Quality Assurance Office), and Lily Beth N. Angeles, LPT, MAED-EdMa (CAR) (Head, Human Resource Management and Development Office) . CCA President Dr. Ricardo R. Roque expressed appreciation for DCT's openness to learning and adapting the best practices of the institution, highlighting the value of inter-institutional collaboration in the academic community.
