(HFI) donated a fully-equipped mobile blood donation vehicle to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) Pampanga-Angeles City Chapter on July 28, 2026, in a ceremony held at The Club at Hann Reserve in New Clark City. The donation addresses a critical need for a dedicated transport vehicle to support the chapter's bloodletting programs.
Addressing a Critical Healthcare Need
The mobile blood donation vehicle will directly address the chapter's shortage of dedicated transport for bloodletting events, enabling more frequent and accessible blood drives across Pampanga and surrounding areas. By improving outreach, the donation supports a steady local blood supply and builds stronger community health partnerships.
The Philippine Red Cross, established through Republic Act 10072 (The Philippine Red Cross Act of 2009), plays a vital role in supporting the Philippine government in humanitarian tasks, including organizing emergency relief operations and promoting health and safety . Since its founding in 2017, the Hann Foundation has been committed to five pillars of advocacy: Health, Environment, Education, Cultural Heritage, and Community Development for Pampanga and Tarlac provinces, making this donation a natural extension of its mission.
