Holy Angel University (HAU) and the Municipality of Porac have formalized a partnership to establish the Porac Scholarship Program, removing financial barriers for deserving Poraqueño learners to pursue quality higher education. The program, which begins in School Year 2026–2027, was sealed through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed by Porac Acting Mayor Jen Capil and HAU representatives.
