A Unified Platform for Hassle-Free Government Transactions
The eGovPH Super App, first launched at Malacañan Palace in June 2023, is a proudly Filipino-made platform that consolidates multiple government services into a virtual one-stop shop . DICT officials have described it as "people-centric" and an all-in-one platform for transactions with national agencies like SSS, Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, and GSIS . Users can access real-time monitoring of their contributions and membership, verify their identity through the digital National ID, and complete transactions without the need for physical visits to government offices .
The app also provides convenient access to the eTravel system for seamless border control and documentation, as well as vaccination records and other online clearances . Verified accounts, authenticated through the user's Philippine Identification System Number, enjoy full access to services, ensuring transaction integrity and preventing fraud . Individuals aged 18 and above can register, with the app available for download on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and the Huawei App Gallery.
