Partner signatories included the Department of Agriculture Central Luzon, the Department of Tourism - Region 3, Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU), and the UST Graduate School - Center for Conservation of Cultural Property and Environment in the Tropics (CCCPET) . The PSAU College of Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship was also among the signatories, underscoring the role of academic institutions in driving local economic development.
