This 31-hectare "Silicon Valley-style" community by Pueblo de Oro is designed to integrate high-tech office spaces with flood-resilient residential units, creating a self-sufficient ecosystem in the city's rising Uptown district.

For Northern Mindanao, the story is about the creation of a future-proof urban core.
