The partnership, formalized at the TMC Clark Multipurpose Hall, unites leaders from the healthcare and education sectors to promote health, safety, and well-being across local school communities.

The partnership formalized on July 16, 2026, brings immediate benefits to the educational community. Under the agreement, DepEd Angeles City division teachers can avail of a 15% discount on healthcare services at TMC Clark, while their legal dependents are entitled to a 10% discount. Beyond the discounts, the MOA ensures dedicated medical access and timely healthcare intervention tailored to the school community. Dr. Alejandro L. Garcia, Jr., Interim Chief Medical Officer of TMC Clark, emphasized the connection between the two sectors, noting that high-quality education and high-quality healthcare are deeply connected pillars of community development, and that healthy learners and healthy educators build stronger communities. Dr. Rosalin S. Muli, Ed.D., CESO VI, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of DepEd Angeles City, co-signed the agreement, advancing a shared commitment to protect the physical welfare of students and faculty members.
