This streamlined process, established under PRC Resolution No. 1255, Series of 2020, makes it easier for passers across the country to join. Inductees can secure their slots from any PRC Regional Office, regardless of their residence.
The system is designed for efficiency and accessibility. Each session can accommodate up to 250 inductees, ensuring that large batches are processed effectively. The entire procedure is conducted free of charge, removing financial barriers for new licensees.
Step-by-Step Application Process
Applicants must first log in to the PRC online portal and select the "e-OATH" transaction. They will need their Application Number from their Notice of Admission to proceed. The system then directs them to choose a preferred PRC Regional Office and provides the earliest available date for oathtaking.
After confirming the details, applicants submit their application and receive a confirmation message. They can then access their existing transaction to print the official "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form. This printed form must be brought and completed during the virtual ceremony.
Strict Protocol and Attire Requirements
Inductees are required to wear formal or business attire throughout the ceremony. A white physical or virtual background is mandatory for the video conference. These requirements ensure a consistent and professional appearance for all participants.
The ceremony follows a structured program, including the invocation, national anthem, roll call, and the recital of the oath. Inductees must keep their video on and audio muted, except during the oath recital. These protocols maintain the solemnity and order of the event.
Important Reminders for Inductees
Participants must join the Microsoft Teams meeting exactly one hour before the scheduled start time for screening. No one is admitted fifteen minutes before the ceremony begins. Only one device is allowed per user to prevent technical issues.
If a connection is disrupted during the oath recital, the inductee will not be readmitted and must secure a new appointment. However, disruptions after the recital are considered as attended. These rules are in place to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted ceremony.
