MAKATI CITY — Manila’s nightlife scene is set for an international guest appearance this month as Singapore’s renowned MO Bar stages a three-night takeover across some of the metro’s most popular drinking spots. From June 17 to 19, 2026, MO Bar bartender Michele Mariotti will bring his signature cocktails and Southeast Asian-inspired creations to venues in Makati and Bonifacio Global City, including The Curator in Legazpi Village, Yes Please in BGC, and Agimat Foraging Bar and Kitchen in Poblacion. The series will showcase different concepts at each venue, blending MO Bar’s signature style with local flavors and the unique identity of every establishment.
Three Nights Across Manila’s Top Bars
The first stop is The Curator on June 17 from 8 PM to midnight. Frequently recognized as one of Asia’s best bars, The Curator will host Mariotti as he serves a selection of MO Bar’s signature cocktails. Known for operating as both a specialty coffee shop by day and a craft cocktail bar by night, The Curator recently placed 37th among Asia’s top bars. It is located at 134 Legazpi Street in Legazpi Village, Makati. On June 18, the takeover moves to Yes Please in Uptown Bonifacio. Running from 10:30 PM to 1:30 AM, the event forms part of the “Nomadic Foragers” pop-up series first launched in Hong Kong earlier this year. The nightlife spot, known for its laid-back dive bar atmosphere and mix of house and ‘90s music, will feature a one-night-only cocktail menu created by Mariotti using local fruits, herbs, and spices. Yes Please can be found at 11th Avenue corner 38th Street inside The Palace complex in Taguig City.
A Natural Match at Agimat
The final stop takes place on June 19 at Agimat Foraging Bar and Kitchen in Poblacion, Makati, from 8 PM to midnight. Situated inside a renovated residential building along Alfonso Street corner Fermina Street, Agimat is known for highlighting Filipino ingredients and flavors in both its cocktails and food offerings.
Because of its strong focus on local ingredients, the venue is considered a fitting location for the “Nomadic Foragers” concept. Guests can expect cocktails that combine MO Bar’s refined style with distinctly Filipino flavors and ingredients.
About MO Bar Singapore
Located inside the Mandarin Oriental Singapore, MO Bar opened with a cocktail program inspired by destinations and flavors across Southeast Asia. Its menu includes creative drinks such as the Twilight by the Bay, made with fermented mangosteen and cinnamon rum, and the Boracay Bling, a peppermint gin julep inspired by the famous Philippine island destination.
