The developer also secured Best Developer honors for Metro Manila and Visayas, while P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin was chosen for Luzon. For Davao and the broader Mindanao region, the award affirms Filinvest Land's role as a catalyst for regional economic transformation and urban innovation.

The Mindanao sales team led the company's regional performance nationwide with ₱3.2 billion in year-to-date option sales. This momentum validates Filinvest Land's strategy of prioritizing RFO inventory while expanding its residential, commercial, and industrial segments across the country.
