DAVAO CITY — The Department of Trade and Industry Region 11, in partnership with Go Negosyo, is now accepting applications for the Batch 2 KMME‑MME Online Program 2026. This free mentoring initiative will equip micro and small enterprise owners with the skills to grow and sustain their businesses.

A Virtual Classroom for Business Growth

The program will run from August 11 to November 5, 2026, with live sessions every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Conducted entirely online, it removes the barrier of travel, allowing entrepreneurs from across the Davao Region to participate from their own homes or shops. All that is needed is a stable internet connection and a laptop or smartphone.

Participants will learn under the proven 3 Ms framework: Mentorship, Money, and Market. Experienced business leaders and industry practitioners will serve as mentors, guiding mentees through core disciplines such as financial management, marketing, operations, and human resources. The program culminates in a Business Improvement Plan presentation before a panel of experts, giving entrepreneurs a concrete roadmap for growth.

Who Can Apply

The program is open to micro and small enterprise owners who are at least 18 years old, Filipino citizens, and residents of the Davao Region. Businesses must be registered, have been operating for at least one year, and employ or manage a team. Applicants must also commit to attending all scheduled sessions and sign a contract of commitment.

Interested entrepreneurs can submit their applications online at the designated portal until August 3, 2026. Slots are limited and will be subject to screening. This is a competitive program designed for serious business owners ready to take their ventures to the next level, and the application process ensures that only dedicated participants are accepted.

Why Mentorship Matters

Micro and small enterprises represent the backbone of the Philippine economy, yet many face challenges in scaling due to limited access to formal business coaching. The KMME‑MME program bridges this gap by providing world‑class mentorship at no cost. Past graduates have reported improved financial literacy, expanded market reach, and increased operational efficiency after completing the program.

For the Davao Region, this initiative supports the government’s broader agenda of creating jobs and fostering inclusive economic growth. Every entrepreneur who gains new skills has the potential to hire more workers and contribute to their local economy. The online format further democratizes access, ensuring that even those in remote areas can benefit from the same quality of mentorship as those in the city.
