TAGBILARAN CITY – What began with a noontime arrival ended with a room full of inspired beginners. Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio, founder and CEO of Filipino Homes, successfully concluded the "Build Wealth in Real Estate: Essential Strategies for Beginners" seminar today at the Metro Centre Hotel on CPG Avenue.
A Full House of Aspiring Realtors
With a packed venue of enthusiastic participants from the moment the training program started at 2:00 P.M., it is clear that there exists an existing and continuing interest among individuals to learn about real estate, especially since the industry has been steadily growing in line with the tourism industry in a province known for both its booming property market and its tourism destination potential. In addition, to the several factors that are favorable for the growth of real estate, including improved connectivity through the Bohol-Panglao International Airport, and increasing demand for residential areas. Heading the training program was Anthony Leuterio, a highly seasoned individual in the real estate industry who taught his participants a simple yet practical and actionable system that is easily understood even by beginners. Among the topics covered were prospecting, negotiations, and closure techniques.
At the conclusion of the event, attendees had taken away useful information on how to work towards making their six-figure commission, increased self-confidence in approaching their clients, and tips on how to make use of the huge network of over 35,000 agents under the Filipino Homes brand.
From Spectators to Active Players
Through the whole seminar, Leuterio stressed one simple but powerful idea: real estate favors those who act. He supported his claim through practical illustrations in which average Filipinos, without any contacts, money, or experience, had used the Filipino Homes system to build a sustainable income. It did not matter at all whether participants understood theory or not; what mattered most was the next concrete step for each participant right after leaving the seminar.
Leuterio reminded the audience. "We don't just sell properties; we build communities."
This couldn’t come at a better time. The real estate sector in Bohol is booming. There have been many new hotel constructions around the coast of Panglao. There have been expansions of residential areas in Dauis and Cortes, along with renovations to the Bohol-Panglao International Airport.
What's Next for Attendees
The graduates of the seminar conducted today were encouraged to act fast. It was suggested that they should secure their licenses to become real estate salespersons from the Professional Regulation Commission and implement what they have learned in the sessions. Moreover, they were encouraged to stay active in the community of Filipino Homes.
The hands-on method employed by Leuterio, together with the welcoming attitude of the local group, they were able to ensure that each person left with a step-by-step plan for success. For the people of Bohol, who had been watching other people make money off the property rush all this time, this was their chance to finally enter the scene.
As the CEO and his team packed up, the sentiment was clear: this wasn't just another seminar. It was a turning point.
