Who Can Apply?

These exceptions include representing Davao City for two consecutive years or being enrolled in a school within the city.
Education is equally important. Applicants must be enrolled in recognized schools accredited by DepEd, CHED, ALS, or TESDA. Athletic performance is also evaluated, with preference given to those who have represented Davao City in regional, national, or international competitions.
Documentary Requirements
Interested applicants must prepare several documents for submission. These include the scholarship application form, certificate of residency, medical certificate, and good moral character. A certificate of enrollment may follow after initial submission.
Financial documentation includes a certificate of indigency from the City Social Welfare and Development Office. Parents or guardians must also provide their Income Tax Return from the Bureau of Internal Revenue. An endorsement letter from a school, sports club, coach, or National Sports Association is required.
