DAVAO CITY — The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office XI brought together Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) facilitators from Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro, and Davao Oriental for an intensive three‑day training that ran from July 7 to 9, 2026. The second batch of the Strengthening Effective Implementation of Family Development Session Transformative Learning Path (FDS‑TLP) Training aimed to elevate the quality of family‑focused guidance across the region.

The training equipped facilitators with modern adult learning methods and effective facilitation techniques tailored to the seven‑year path that 4Ps households must complete. Under Republic Act 11310, beneficiary families are expected to build the capacity to exit poverty within that period. The FDS‑TLP breaks the journey into progressive learning packages that move from strengthening household relationships to active community participation and financial literacy.
Participants engaged in simulation exercises and a community practicum that allowed them to apply new skills in real‑world settings.
